Message: The actual experience was good. This was my second visit which should have been my follow up. I had to call and make the appt. No one called or wrote. Also, i am still waiting more than two weeks later.

Message: Elvira and Dr DiCello are the best! Elvira takes the time to explain everything to me! Dr DiCello is so patient and gentle. I cried making my first appointment over the phone because of past experiences with dentist and when I walked in I was treated like family and they were so gentle and explained everything they were doing and going to do. Truly the best! I have recommended everyone I come across thank you Glowing Smile.

You will receive one of …if not …the Most thorough exam and cleaning you’ve ever had with Miss Candy! Being that I am always a nervous wreck when I visit dentists. knowing Candy is the one working on me I can be at ease. You are offered items you may not have even thought of needing for comfort such as a blanket, brand new earphones, pillow for ones like me with neck and back issues, phone charger, remote, water bottle. the list goes on. Doc always takes the time and patience to explain what needs to be worked on, how and why. Right away You are made to feel as a member of the family. In fact Our family won’t go anywhere else. Oh they also have a great prices for those without dental insurance like myself which means dental care is no longer considered a “luxury”!
